The Catalina 42 MKII has earned an international reputation as the leader in her class. Design, cruising performance and comfort, all make the Catalina 42 MKII the first choice of sailors world wide. The hull of the 42 MKII is high volume, and easily driven with a fine entry, smooth run aft terminating in a modified reverse transom with an uncommonly spacious and functional boarding platform.

"Wanderlust" has been exceptionally maintained and cared for with very high standards that will not go unnoticed once aboard. She is the 2 stateroom / Pullman layout. Wanderlust carries a 2020 Ullman full batten main in stack Pack , 2020 Ullman 120 % furling jib, a 100% furling jib ( not used by current owner), and an Asy Spinnaker w/ sock (not used by current owner). Accompanied with Raymarine Radar / E-80 Color Chartplotter / ST6002 Chartplotter/ Knot-Depth-Wind. She has 2 Solara 120W M flexible solar panels. Powered by Yanmar 54 hp with a 3 blade folding Max Prop.

Accommodations

"Wanderlust" is a traditional 2 stateroom / Pullman layout. Full "L" galley to port of companionway with a large pantry aft and port. Large U shape dinette midship to port with a table that drops down to convert to a double berth. Adjacent to starboard is a Nav Station with a swing out chair and short bench seating aft and mid salon. Forward is a Pullman berth with ample storage below the berth and to starboard there are drawers, cabinets and a hanging cedar lined locker. Forward is a full head with separate sit down shower. Moving aft, starboard and aft to companionway is a "wet" head with access from salon and private access to aft stateroom with inline double berth, hanging locker and drawers.
