Bella Donna is a 1992 Catalina 30MKII tall rig.  She is a fresh water only boat.

She is a well behaved boat, sailing well both up and down wind.  The battened main and roller furling headsail make sail handling easy.  The Universal M25XP motor starts easily and runs well.  It has been maintained every year with fluid/filter changes and this year it got a new impeller.  With 23 hp motor and three bladed prop you will not have issues making way.  The boat features a wing shoal draft keel.

She comes with a full instrument set (wind, depth, speed and a new autopilot in 2019).  The running rigging has been replaced over the years.  Both sails were new in 2014 and still have a lot of life in them.  When it comes to winterization Bella Donna has a 2020 custom winter cover -  no need for expensive yearly shrink wrap.
