1985 Island Packet Cutter
This immaculate 1985 Island Packet 31 Cutter is a great off-shore cruising vessel and has been well-loved. This is the 2nd Island Packet for these owners. The owners purchased the Island Packet from Deltaville, VA, and have enjoyed sailing it around with the Indian Creek Yacht Club and on the James River, Rappahannock & Chesapeake Bay. This is easily a solo sailing vessel and with the help of lazy jacks system to that keeps the mainsail from falling all over the deck when it's lowered on the halyard. The sails are in good shape and it even has a beautiful spinnaker for those light wind sails. The current owners have been constantly maintaining and upgrading over the past 16 years.
Upgrades include:
New water heater 3 months ago
Cabin upholstery & foam cushions were replaced a few years ago including the 1/4 berth and are still in really good shape
