  Classic Tri-Cabin Trawler kept under cover and bottom painted 2023 with numerous upgrades and maintenance with custom interior and beautiful Oak Planked Finished Headliner through out vessel. Equipped with single screw refurbished Lehman Diesel 120 HP Engine low hours with upper helm station and lower hemp station with Port- Starboard doors & Bow Thruster for docking. She's a 3 Stateroom layout with 2 heads ,customized Galley and countertops with comfortable cozy Salon with wraparound seating and Dinette and Espar Diesel Heat System.
  Recently serviced and owner has invested over 20k in maintenance and upgrades when hauled in 2023 for bottom paint package and replaced Thru-Hulls, Sea Water Strainer, shaft pulled and Dripless Shaft Seals added, Propeller Tuned & balanced, Batteries, Heat Exchanger and Exhaust Elbow on engine plus added 200' chain for Windlass.
